Indian selectors meet in Chennai to select the test team for India tour of West Indies. The four major players like Gautam Gambhir, Virender Sehwag, Yuvraj Singh and Sachin Tendulkar are going to miss the tour. Gautam Gambhir and Virender Sehwag are not playing due to shoulder injuries, Yuvraj Singh going to miss the tour due to respiratory infection and Sachin Tendulkar want to spend time with his family. S Badrinath and Abhinav Mukund have been included in the Test side due to their 1st class matches performance.
